• What is Carbon Neutral Shipping?

    KE Health neutralizes our shipping emissions and removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, making us carbon neutral!  Carbon removal is the process of capturing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and then storing it.


    For example, if a truck or a plane that delivers your shipment releases 1 kg of carbon dioxide (CO2) into the atmosphere, we ensure that 1kg of CO2 is also sucked from the atmosphere and stored away using a variety of solutions and technologies.

    There is a fast-growing and evolving sector with many carbon removal technologies in different stages of development. These technologies include nature-based solutions, such as reforestation and soil carbon sequestration and more high-tech solutions, such as direct air capture and mineralization.

    All  orders received by 12 PM Eastern  (Monday through Friday) are shipped USPS Global Advantage  Delivery estimate is 3 to 5 business days, but not guaranteed. 

  • Priority Shipping

    USPS Priority shipping (1 - 3 business days), add $8.00 shipping. Priority shipping is not guaranteed by USPS.


    Due to US Postal shipping delays, we are temporarily suspending priority shipping as there is no delivery guarantee.

  • International Shipments

    *  Beginning in 2022, our website will no longer support shipping to the UK due to changes in export regulations that we are no longer able to adhere to. We recommend that our valued UK customers explore the option of purchasing BoriCap products through eBay.com.  


    Unfortunately,  if you don't see your country listed on the ship to list, we can not ship to you.  Many countries have strict import rules.


    For our international customers, we offer affordable  First Class Shipping through USPS.  We appreciate your business, and enthusiasm for our product. Unfortunately we cannot ship more than 8 bottles per order because of the import regulations of most countries.


    CANADA CUSTOMERS: Shipping now includes discounted, prepaid VAT!  You will no longer need to pay VAT at delivery.


    ***Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. In addition, it is the buyers responsibility to know the import laws and regulations of your country and whether or not boric acid is restricted and unable to be imported. If your package is seized by customs, no refund will be given.

  • I placed an order, but need to make a change or cancel! Is it too late?

    We process our orders quickly, and usually by 12pm Eastern orders are on their way to you, but we will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have. The best way to adjust or cancel an order is to email customer.care@boricap.com.


    If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, and your order is returned to us, your order will be credited minus the original shipping.

    If you do not see your country listed, we do not ship to your location.  Unfortunately, we have seen many countries confiscate BoriCap at customs.
