When should I take my probiotic?
If you take turmeric supplement or have cinnamon in your oatmeal at breakfast, take FloraCap during your morning routine.
Or, if you have a big salad at dinner, take FloraCap with your evening meal.
If you aren't eating prebiotics with probiotics, do not fret. You absolutely DO NOT need to eat a food on the list above for probiotics to work, but doing so might make your probiotics more effective.
Let's be honest, we are far too busy to be worrying about ourselves, spouses and kids to have to worry about if our probiotics are eating. A best practice is simply to be sure that you are taking your probiotic with food!
