Proanthocyanidins (PACs) are in the flavanol family – a class of polyphenols.
Cranberry PACs help prevent the adhesion of certain harmful bacteria, including E. coli associated with urinary tract infections, onto cell walls.

This supplement is a life saver. I suffered from back to back UTIs for almost two years. I felt so defeated because I would get on the antibiotics and the UTI would clear up but then within a couple days I'd have another UTI. My urologist suggested to take Ellura which worked great but it was expensive, double the cost of Crancap. Then I found Crancap which has the same amount of PACs as Ellura but much more affordable.
